Teaching Fellow - Bio-Bus Teacher's Workshop

Georgia State's Bio-Bus Program will be hosting a workshop for K-12 teachers as a part of a Science Education Partnership Award funded by the National Center for Research Resources and the National Institute of Health.

In this workshop I taught teachers about DNA, the parts of the cell and types of microbes. I also taught them how to use a microscope and lead them in a DNA extraction experiment using split peas.
